Aquafit

Use the resistance of water to stretch and strengthen your muscles while also getting a great cardio workout.  This class is suitable for swimmers and non-swimmers.

Dedicated swim time for older adults only (age 55+).

Adult Lessons – Fitness Swimming for Beginners

Get fit and improve your swim strokes and endurance through interval training and stroke drills. Great for recreational swimmers and beginners! A coach will provide training workouts, stroke correction and development instructions.

Adult Lessons – Learn to Swim for Beginners

For adults with little or no swimming experience. Introduction to swimming including rhythmic breathing, floats, glides and kicking. Introduction to front and back crawl including surface support and introduction to deep water.
