Compost

Compost Site

The Town of Wynyard does not provide a compost pickup service. However, we have a compost site that is open 24/7 for personal drop-off and is located at 402 Avenue A West.

  • Will Accept: Grass clippings, Sod, Leaves, Garden refuse. (All bags and containers must be emptied and removed from the site.)
  • Will NOT Accept: Trees and Branches, Wood chips, Bags or boxes, Table scraps, Dead animals.

Extra Residential Tree-Branch Pickup

Arrangements can be made by calling the town shop at 306-554-3303 for custom work (tree-branch pickup). The cost is dependent on the number of tree branches. The minimum charge is $30.00+Truck+Manpower.
