Job Title: Food Services Staff

Job Type: Part-Time Seasonal with the potential for year-round employment. 2 positions available, all ages welcome to apply

Hours: 15-40hrs/week. Daytime, evenings and weekends as required.

Job Description:

Reporting to the Food Services Manager and reporting to work at either Co-operative Place or the Wynyard Curling Rink as needed; this position is responsible for:

• Food and drink service, and assisting with some light food prep. 
• Cashier and customer service.
• Cleaning and maintenance of health and safety standards

Job Requirements:

• Food Safe Level 1 is an asset 
• Serve It Right Certification is an asset (required for 19+)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to perform duties and represent the Town of Wynyard with integrity and respect for the public, colleagues and supervisors
• Other tasks as required for the effective operations of the Department of Leisure Services.

Compensation: $15.50-$17.70 in accordance with the Seasonal Pay Scale for the Town of Wynyard.
