The time has come to plan for a new Aquatic Facility in Wynyard!
The Town of Wynyard is seeking motivated citizens and stakeholders to volunteer on the Pool Revitalization Committee. This committee will consist of Town of Wynyard staff, Council members and individuals who are passionate about the Aquatics Program in Wynyard and want to contribute to both the planning and fundraising for the facility.
The size of the committee will be determined depending on the number of applications received and a terms of reference will be created when the committee is established with input from the members. We are seeking a diverse group of people who are able to represent the different users of the facility and different skills that will be required to achieve the fundraising and planning goals. We may not be able to accommodate everyone who applies for this core group, however, there may be more volunteers needed for events and fundraisers on an ongoing basis.
